Customs & Duties: International orders may incur local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which shall be borne by the customer in accordance with local national regulations. KnitHaven is not responsible for any additional fees generated during customs clearance.

Shipping Exceptions: If the order is delayed, lost, or detained due to logistics, customs, weather, or force majeure factors, we will actively assist customers in tracking and solving problems, but we do not bear indirect losses caused by uncontrollable factors.
